Dr McCoy is a winner of one of the 2015 Individual Artist Awards given by the Rasmuson Foundation. She was awarded a grant to tour Alaska and England in the Spring of 2016 with her duet partner, classical guitarist Valerie Hartzell! During this tour, Duo Amiche made their London debut, and Tamara made her debut at Oxford University. They performed works for piano and guitar, voice and guitar, and solo works for their respective instruments. During Tamara's solo portion, she lectured on the solo transcription of the first programmatic piano concerto Totentanz by Franz Liszt. She followed her lecture with a performance of the work while projecting the images upon which the piece is based. Below are the dates and locations of our performance venues.
